The Swan Plex is a black woman veteran owned business located in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Our goal is to provide services that make you feel and look your absolute best. We believe when you look good, you feel good and you live better.

• 24 hour cancelation fee will be 25% if you fail to communicate the cancelation within 24 hours you will be charged 100% of the bill
• 30 min grace period for late customers,  after then the appointment will be cancelled .
• Be courteous
• State any allergens prior to service
• Unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, etc is forbidden
• No kids
• No extra guests
• No pets (service pets exempted)
• TELL THE TRUTH ABOUT THE HISTORY OF YOUR HAIR! Not all chemicals are compatible and your hair MAY catch on fire.
